Privacy policy

Overview

ADMaven is a workspace for teams that manage Apple Ads. This policy explains what we collect, why we keep it and who processes it for us. It covers the website and the signed-in app.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password credentials. Passwords are hashed by our authentication layer and never stored in plain text.
• Workspace details: workspace name and slug, its members and their roles, and invitations you send.
• Usage details: the plan on the workspace, member and workspace counts, and the settings you change.
• Session data: a session cookie and the timestamps that keep you signed in.

We do not buy personal data, and this site runs no advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and workspaces.
• To send verification, invitation and password reset email that you or a workspace admin triggered.
• To enforce roles and member limits.
• To answer support questions you send us.

We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Who processes data for us

• Our hosting provider runs the application and stores the database.
• Our email delivery provider sends verification, invitation and password reset email when it is configured.

These providers process data on our instructions. We do not share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

• Account and workspace records stay while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove the account record and end its sessions.
• Invitations expire after 48 hours if they are not accepted.
• Sessions expire after 30 days without activity.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HTTP-only and is required for the app to work. Your theme preference is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Your choices

Account settings let you update your profile, change your email address, change your password, review active sessions and delete your account. For any request you cannot complete in the app, email [email protected].

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page. If the change affects how we use personal data, we will say so in the app.
