Terms of service

Agreement
These terms cover your use of ADMaven. By creating an account or using a workspace, you agree to them. If you use ADMaven for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Accounts
- Give accurate account details and keep your password and sessions secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
- You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live.
Workspaces and roles
- A workspace owner controls its members, roles and invitations. Admins manage members below them. Members get read access.
- Invitations expire after 48 hours. An owner can remove a member or change a member's role at any time.
- Data in a workspace belongs to the organization that runs it. If you leave a workspace, you lose access to that data.
Plans and limits
The free plan sets a member limit. Growth and Scale raise that limit and add support. Workspaces are not capped on any plan. Paid plans are arranged with sales, and checkout is not connected inside the app yet. Prices are listed in US dollars.
If a workspace exceeds its member limit, invitations may be refused until the plan changes.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ADMaven to break the law, infringe someone else's rights or send unwanted invitations.
- Do not probe, overload or bypass the service, its access checks or its rate limits.
- Do not resell access or present ADMaven as your own product without written permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the names, email addresses and other material you put into a workspace. You give us the permission we need to host and process it so the service works for your team.
Suspension and termination
- You can delete your account in security settings at any time.
- We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is misused, or if we are required to by law.
- When access ends, the rights to use the service stop. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers and liability survive.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ADMaven available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or an uptime commitment. Features can change, and we may add or remove parts of the product as it develops.
Disclaimers and liability
ADMaven is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use ADMaven after a change means you accept the new terms.
